How ordering works
Four steps from opening to install
| Step | What to bring or expect |

| 1. Measure | The door or window size (a 3068 door is 3′0″ x 6′8″) and the rough opening. A photo helps. |
| 2. Swing & wall | Which way the door swings, and the wall thickness: a 4-9/16″ jamb fits 2x4 walls, 6-9/16″ fits 2x6. |
| 3. We confirm & order | We check the details with you, price it, and give you an arrival date. |
| 4. Pick up or delivery | Most doors arrive in about one to two weeks, most windows in about two to four. Pick up at the counter or we deliver to the job. |

What door and window brands can you order?
We special-order Therma-Tru and Masonite doors, ProVia entry doors and windows, and Croft, Ply Gem and Lindsay windows, along with iron entry doors and custom wood doors. Ask the counter about other makers.
How long does a special-order door or window take?
Most special-order doors arrive in about one to two weeks and most windows in about two to four, depending on the maker and options. We give you a date when you order.
What do I need to order a door?
Bring the door size (for example 3068 for 3′0″ x 6′8″), which way it swings, the wall thickness (4-9/16″ jamb for 2x4 walls, 6-9/16″ for 2x6), and a photo of the opening. We’ll confirm the details with you before we order.
Do you deliver doors and windows?
Yes. We deliver to job sites across Northwest Louisiana from our Mansfield, Haughton and Shreveport stores, or you can pick up at the counter.
