What drywall do you stock?
All three of our stores stock USG Sheetrock: 1/2" regular in 4x8 and 4x12, 1/2" water-resistant, 5/8" Type X fire-rated, and 1/4" and 3/8" 4x8 sheets. Some sizes, like 5/8" 4x12 Type X and 54" stretch board, are stocked at particular stores.
Do you deliver drywall to the job site?
Yes. We deliver drywall and finishing supplies to job sites across Northwest Louisiana from our Mansfield, Haughton and Shreveport stores. Call the store closest to your job to schedule.
When do I need Type X or water-resistant drywall?
Type X is the fire-rated board building codes call for in places like garage walls shared with the house. Water-resistant board is made for bathrooms and other damp areas. Check your plans or local code, and ask the counter if you’re unsure.
Can you price drywall for a whole house?
Yes. Send your plans or a sheet count to our bid desk and our contractor sales team will price the board, mud, tape, bead and screws together.
